Richard Allen Trapp

Born May 25, 1949 in Missouri and lost battle with cancer January 14, 2016. He wanted his obituary to say that he was kind to animals and small children. That’s true, but he was so much more. He truly was a renaissance man. He played guitar and many other instruments. He was a geologist , rock hound and computer whiz. For many years he volunteered tireless hours to the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. He loved to camp, ski and watch UA Basketball. He is survived by his son, Elijah Trapp, wife, Alyce Pennington, and extended family. Funeral services will be private. Donations may be made in his honor to So Az Humane Society, 3450 N.
