Joseph William Kuhn
Green Valley, Arizona — Joseph W. Kuhn, Major, USAF (ret) age 92, passed peacefully on Friday, May 5th at the Southern Arizona VA Hospital where he was blessed with outstanding care.
Maj. Kuhn leaves his wife of 66 years, Joy (Ludwick) Kuhn of Green Valley, four sons: Michael (Trisha) (Arvada, CO) and children Michael J., Erik and Krista; Robert (Linda) (Tucson) and children Geoffrey, Matthew and Sarah; Daniel (Mary) (Tucson) and children Todd, Rebecca and Joseph; and William (Lalita) (Tucson) and children Dustin, Kim and Deanna, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. After earning his degree and working in the civilian world Joe entered active duty in the Air Force in 1961. He retired in 1978 and returned to Tucson where he was previously stationed, and then moved to Green Valley in 1994. Joe and Joy traveled the country visiting all 50 states.
