KOSTENBADER, GEORGE STEPHEN, 81, passed away February 17, 2018. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 31, 1936. A son of the late Howell and Pauline (Lane) Kostenbader. He graduated from Harper College, Binghamton, New York in 1958. He was a bank manager at Home Federal. George loved to bowl and golf but his true love was for his family, his wife of 35 years, Leota; two daughters, Laurie Kostenbader and husband, Doug Minnick, and Debbie Morrison and husband, Eric; four step-children, Angelina Bernard and husband, Denis, Robert Abraham and wife, Sherrie, Cathy Benson and husband, Charles, Thomas Abraham and wife, Kelleye; ten grandchildren; eleven great- grandchildren; brother, Dennis Kostenbader and sister, Paula Sherrick. Visitation will be held at ABBEY FUNERAL CHAPEL, 3435 N. 1st Ave., Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services in George's honor will be Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at ABBEY FUNERAL CHAPEL with a Graveside service to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
