I'm so sorry for your loss. Words fail to express the sorrow one feels after hearing of another's loss. My family lost my brother when he was Joseph's age so I can understand the intense pain you all are in. What helped me and my family cope is a future hope that I'm sure you are familiar with. It's found in Revelation 21:4 and it assures us that God will wipe out every tear from our eyes and completely eliminate death, sorrow and pain. He also promises in Acts 24:15 that there is going to be a resurrection. Just imagine the reunion you will enjoy when Joseph comes back and you'll never have to fear losing him again. -jw.org

As we stand on our shore, and say, “Goodbye”, there are those on another shore, who say, “Here he comes!!”
