Donald L. Deters died peacefully at home on Thursday, July 14, 2016. He was born in St. Louis, Mo, on 5-21- 1932, to Francis and Doris Deters. Don served in the Korean War from 1952 through 1955. He married Geri on September 1, 1956. He is survived his wife, sons Keith, David (Tina) and Jeffrey (Katie), eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Abbey Funeral Chapel 3435 North First Ave. Tucson, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans at www.dav.org/Donate.
