Condolence From: Jane Parks-McKay
Condolence: To Joy and family: Joy, we have just learned of Joe’s passing. We are so truly sorry for your loss. Dad (William R. Parks) was my Dad and through him and the reunions, I got a chance to meet so many fine Marines from the war. Joe was one of them. I had not spoken with him for long and Don Tatreau from North Carolina and I were speaking today and asking each other about Joe. I decided to try your home number again and found it disconnected and then found his obituary online. Joe was terrrific, and, as I recall, I believe he was willing to take some Squadron t-shirts that another “kid” from the Squadron member wanted to pass onto him some years ago. It was always fun talking with your husband on the phone and my family and I always loved going tot he reunions. Such nice memories. We are with you in prayers and please know that your Marine family is thinking of you. Semper Fi and God Bless. Jane Parks-McKay, Santa Cruz, CA (831) 475-0588 home janerparksmckay@gmail.com

Condolence From: Dell
Condolence: Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Many have found true comfort in God's word the Bible (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). In God's word we find the promises that we can be reunited with our loved ones (John 5:28,29). Would this not be a happy time. The Bible tells us where this happy reunion will take place (Psalm 37:11, 29). Will you be there in paradise to see them? I hope so!
