Wilbur Sells, passed away on November 25, 2017, at the age of 85 years.

Wilbur was born and raised in Greenwood Indiana, graduating from Center Grove High School in 1950. At 6 feet, 5 inches tall and having the athletic ability, his friends would always want Wilbur to play on their basketball teams. He was known as loyal friend with a great sense of humor. After high school, Wilbur served in in the Army as a military police officer stationed in Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. This is where he met his future wife of 62 years, Wanda Anderson. Wilbur began his career as a police officer for the City of El Paso, where he worked for 22 years. In 1977, he retired from the police department and moved with his family to Tucson, Arizona where worked in the Arizona sun as a pipe layer for the next 15 years. He then helped others working as a driver for elderly and disabled individuals until he retired from the workforce in 2002. Wilbur did not take things for granted and worked hard for every penny he earned and rarely missed a day of work. Throughout his life, he enjoyed spending time at flea markets and yard sales in search of good deals, antiques and interesting finds. On his leisure time, he liked riding his Goldwing motorcycle on the weekend and relaxing in front of the TV watching football and car races. He was a fan of Elvis and country music and spent many evenings sitting and listening to music on his porch.

Wilbur is survived by his wife, Wanda; son Bryon Sells; daughter Debbie Sells; daughter Julie Pie and grandchildren Jessica and Austin Riddell; Brittany and Heather Sells.
