Obituary for Jon Clark Rousseau

Jon Clark Rousseau 1950 – 2018
Son of a career military father and a homemaker mother, and dear brother and friend to his sister, Francine. He went to 10 different schools growing up. After high school Jon worked as an auto mechanic, became a Certified Master Mechanic and had his own auto service shop in San Diego for many years.
He moved to Tucson, AZ, in 1995 and worked as a Master Mechanic for some years.
After his fiftieth birthday, Jon decided he wanted to do something else. He took a position with the Univ. of AZ as part of the team building the LBT, Large Binocular Telescope, on Mount Graham. After building the telescope, he was an Operations Supervisor when visiting scientists were conducting their experiments.
Jon retired in 2010 and spent time traveling in Europe, South America and Mexico, with his dear friend and companion, Jeanie.
Jon was smart, funny, easy going and interesting to be with. He was also a pretty good fisherman.
He enjoyed meeting new people in his travels and the cuisine of other lands.
Jon will be deeply missed.
