Obituary for Connie Cullen-Martin
Connie Cullen-Martin, age 56, died December 30, 2018. She was born April 13, 1962 at Xavier Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa, a daughter of John and Nancy Cullen.
Connie moved from Iowa to Arizona in July of 1979, and graduated from Coolidge High School, class of 1980.Connie was a very outgoing person she knew no strangers and was very generous and loving. Connie loved animals, and as an adult she had a dog named Lucy that was a faithful companion to her until Lucy passed.
She is survived by her loving husband, Steve Martin; beloved daughter, Malyssa Martin; mother, Nancy Salatka; three sisters, Deena (Roy) Pace, Dawn (Tracy) Jernigan, Jonalyn (Clint) Austin; three nieces, Jennifer (Ryan) Gillespie, Mikayla Austin, Macy Jernigan; Five nephews, John Primiano, William Primaino, Roy A. Pace, Zachary Jernigan, Tyler Austin; two great-nephews, Tristen Gillespie and Conner Gillespie; aunts; uncles; cousins; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Olin and Joyce Martin; brother in-law, Brian Martin; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Herman.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Francis Cullen; sister, Colleen Susan Primiano; grandparents; aunts; uncles; cousins; and her beloved dog, Lucy.
There is no visitation. A Memorial Celebration will begin at 11 AM on Saturday, January 19, 2019, at Abbey Funeral Chapel, 3435 N. 1st Avenue, Tucson, AZ, 85719. 520-888-1111
