Obituary for Margaret Ann Gutierrez (Fox)
Margaret "Peggy" Gutierrez
02/03/1960 - 09/10/2019
Peggy was one of the brightest souls to ever bless this Earth. Anyone who had ever met her, could attest to that. She had a way with making others around her feel comfortable, no matter what. Stranger or family, Peggy would go out of her way to do whatever she could for them. When she wasn’t helping others, she was often watching her daytime soap operas and her nighttime novellas. You would often find her yelling or cheering for whatever was happening on screen.
Peggy is survived by her seven children, Katherine Brown, Daniel Gutierrez, Victor and Candice Gutierrez, Samuel Gutierrez, Angie and Robert Ballesteros, and Raquel Gutierrez. That’s six children, her seventh is Yvonne Romero, who Peggy loved like a daughter. Nana Peggy is survived by thirteen grandchildren, Audi Westfall, Mariah Woodruff, Alexxis Woodruff, Victor Gutierrez Jr, Ymonie Gutierrez, Mario Gutierrez, Marissa Gutierrez, Yazmine Corella, Yaniece Corella, Gabriel Rojas-Gutierrez, Samuel Corella, Lillianna Gutierrez, and Aubrey Gutierrez, as well as her three great grandchildren. Peggy is also survived by her siblings, Paul Fox, Michael Fox, Ronald Fox, Isabel Alcantar, Maggie and Alfred Romero, Carolyn and Raymond Gallardo. Peggy is survived by her nephews, and nieces.
Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Valdez, and James Fox Sr, her elder brother James Fox Jr, younger sister Connie Nava, her grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
And though Peggy is no longer physically here on Earth, she will always be here in spirit and in the hearts of all those she cared for, and loved.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, from 10 am to 11 am with the funeral service beginning at 11 am at Abbey Funeral Chapel, 3435 N 1st Avenue, Tucson AZ, 85719. (520) 888-1111
