Obituary

Philip Francis Weber went home to the Lord on July 4, 2019.

Phil was born on November 10, 1955 in Wichita, Kansas, to Francis “Web” Peter Weber and Sherley Mae (Jaax) Weber. Phil grew up on the family wheat farm in Goddard, Kansas. He graduated from Garden Plain High School in 1973. After high school, he worked many different jobs and traveled across the nation for work. Phil met his wife, Tina, in Tucson, Arizona. They were married in 1988 and settled in Hereford, Arizona. Phil and Tina built their home there with blood, sweat, and tears, and help from their friends along the way. Phil ran a heating and cooling business from 2004-2012, and he worked as a government contractor on Fort Huachuca until retiring earlier this year.

Phil had many interests and a love of learning, with the goal of always completing a task in a better, more efficient way. Phil had a passion for fishing which he shared with his family and friends on many memorable trips to Mexico. Phil enjoyed cooking and shared his love of food by preparing delicious meals for family and friends. Phil had a sharp sense of humor and quick wit, and he made everyone around him laugh constantly. He loved to tell jokes and stories about his wild adventures, which left everyone laughing and wondering how he lived to tell the tale.

Phil is survived by his wife, Tina; his daughters, Amy, Amanda, and Ashley; and his siblings, Greg, Nancy, Jodi, and Ann. He is survived by a very large extended family of boisterous, close-knit, loving people.

Phil was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Weber and Sherley Weber; and his brother Thomas Weber.

Services will be held Monday, July, 22, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Mustang Mountain Cowboy Church, 100 Oak Street, Huachuca City, AZ.

I am so sorry to know that Phil has passed away, however, I am comforted to know as 2 Corinthians 5:8 reads We are confident, I say and prefer rather to be absent from the body and present with the LORD. Phil will be greeted by your mother and my son with open arms. I had just noticed his date of birth was the same a Christopher's. Phil was an AWESOME MAN I will miss him greatly. I really wanted to show you all how I made the tamales, he had said, were the best in the world. I love you all and will keep you all in prayer!! God Bless you!!

David and I had Phil, Tina and the girls as next door neighbors for several years. Phil was a good man; funny and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. He was proud of his family and loved them dearly. Don’t worry about your family, Phil. They are strong capable women and you have done right by all of them. We will miss you, but know that you are in a better place. David and Stephanie Johnston

the LOVE of my LIFE

YOU DECORATED MY LIFE

All my life was a paper
Once plain, pure and white
Till you moved with your pen, changin' moods now and then
Till the balance was right
Then you added some music
Every note was in place
And anybody could see all the changes in me by the look on my face
And you decorated my life
Created a world
Where dreams are a part
And you decorated my life
By paintin' your love all over my heart
You decorated my life
Like a rhyme with no reason
In an unfinished song
There was no harmony, life meant nothin' to me until you came along
And you brought out the colors
What a gentle surprise
Now I'm able to see all the things life can be, shinin' soft in your eyes
And you decorated my life
Created a world
Where dreams are a part
And you decorated my life
By paintin' your love
All over my heart
You decorated my life
